I recently got to do a fun portfolio shoot with my good friend and photographer, Peggy Joseph.  We worked with a great model named Laura who was game to do some very artsy editorial work.  Enjoy this first picture; there will be more to come...

My husband and I just celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and decided to travel back to NYC where we met to commemorate our milestone anniversary.  We both decided to have a memorable experience to remember our 10th.  Steve chose to go on the Brooklyn pizza tour (he's a HUGE New York pizza fan) and I chose to have a private make-up training session with Carmindy of TLC's What Not to Wear.  My time with Carmindy was wonderful!  I learned several new tips and tricks to pass along to my clients, I got some expert advice on my own make-up look and I had lots and lots of fun!  Carmindy in person is as high-energy and positive as she is on the show and has a real zeal for life and all its adventures.  She answered all my questions I had about the show and told me some fun behind the scenes info.  I 'll post some pics soon.
